So I've been checking my account every now and then, to make sure everything is going smoothly. And now this is quite perplexing. I was looking at my payment history and I think they've been overcharging me.

I've been consistently using the 13.99/3 month plan. Which in total, at the end of three months, should be $41.97 in total. But when I'm looking at my Full Payment History, I notice this.


11/4/05-$41.97 USD-3 Month Recurring-Pending
8/4/05-$45.12 USD-3 Month Recurring-Active
5/3/05-$45.12 USD-3 Month Recurring-Expired
4/30/05-N/A-1 Day Expired
4/27/05-N/A-3 Days Expired
1/27/05-$45.12USD-3 Month Recurring-Expired
1/25/05-N/A-1 Day Expired
1/24/05-N/A-1 Day Expired
12/24/04-N/A-Free Month-Expired

The ones in bold are the important ones to note. At the end of those plans, I was charged $45.12 but in the upcoming pending one (the italicized one) it is only $41.97, the amount in total that one is supposed to pay.

So now my question is this. Why the hell am I being charged extra. Are they pulling a fast one on me, or is there something that I am missing in this picture. And if so, what is the reason.
And what I ask to all of IW's WoW players, could you check your account information via www.worldofwarcraft.com (then account management) and see if you essentially have the same thing, or it is just me.

If they are being tricksy, I'm going to give them quite the mouthful on the phone [img]smile.gif[/img]

it's only pending, it just means that it is comming up soon, and I doubt that they have actualy charged you for it yet ;)

EDIT:Ok, I think I understand what you are asking, well, maybe they have dropped their prices???

Yeah I know. But what I am saying is that the pending price coming up is what I am normally supposed to pay. The active and expired plans have charged me extra ($45.12). And that is what is baffling me.

That's the way they abbreviate your payments. Happens on mine too.

BTW, are you adding tax too if applicable?

Or I'm going with HT, maybe they lowered prices on three-month recurring or just in general. You could always phone the billing department and inquire using a calm, well-mannered voice.
