Any way to get back the old startup picture and music on GW? Factions is nice and all but I much prefer the valiant tune rather than the oriental-styled one.

Not that I know of as they completly changed the character selcetion screen as well. Maybe after factions is released it will change to a different back ground.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure the character creation system will stay the same, but the skin is probably just until Factions come out, there is even a button to start a Faction character, but of course you can't. It's just all a publicity.

Ahh... actually I enjoy the new system better... [img]smile.gif[/img] Like what is said here I doubt if it will change... and when Factions does arrive I think it will even be more oriental... so that'd suck for you I guess...

Well I can live with it. The score itself is beautiful (not to mention the animated background) I just like that valiant tune. It currently feels more like Jade Empire than Guild Wars but then I don't play that much as it is. Just every so often. Badly in need of something new atm here, heh.

I hate the new login interface, the login button especially.

I remember playing another game that told you how long you'd been playing, but I forgot which one it it. Personally I don't mind that, it's sometimes easy to lose track of time when playing. They probably did it to cover themselves in case someone really die or something.
