Umm... can anyone tell me where do u get the second pair of the Boots of Speed?
I mean the one "not" from the Aslyum.... I forgot where u can get it....

Planar Prison Quest, get it from the five flagons inn.

<font color="gold">There was a long thread about the Boots of Speed not too long ago. I think we clared out that it is five pairs in all, including ToB. I know only about four of them:

-Put 15 tokens in the machine in the dungeon behind Spellhold
-As andrewas said, in the Planar Prison quest, loot from a Bounty Hunter, IIRC
-Can be bought from the Tavern in Saradush (ToB)
-Can be bought from Lazarus Librarus (ToB)</font>

Actually, there are six legitimate pairs in Soa/ToB, three in each game. Also, ToB has a set of armor that, quite apart from offering a nice AC, makes you just as fast as the Boots of Speed.

1 - Loot in 1st battle in Planar Prison
2 - Boot Machine in Spellhold
3 - I found it myself, and I'm not telling! AHHH hahahahahaaaaa!

ToB:
1 - Loot from Illasera, the very 1st fight in ToB
2 - Buy in Saradush Tavern (I forgot its name)
3 - Buy from Lazarus Librarus (it doesn't matter where)

I thought you couldn't attack while wearing the lightning boots...

lightning speed boots sucks!!! you cant attack or fight back if you have them on.
