<font color=orange>I have finished the Balduran Ship quest and killed Mendas or whatever his name is. Am I cured of the Werewolf Disease? I was told I was infected along with my whole party, but nothing was ever said about me be cured.</font>

Yeah, you're cured. Black Isle seem to have somewhat rushed various elements of these add-on games (not informing you as to whether you're cured or not being an example).

If you talked to Mendas, he probably told you that to cure lycanthropy you need to kill the leader of the pack - that is Mendas himself. If you did - you are fine.
