Hey Everyone,
I decided to put up this thread just for the pure heck of it. OK...my question...Which is the best class and race. Dont give me this "there is no best race class" crap...I just wanna hear everyone opinion...
Well mine is,
Half-elf ranger

Easy as goblin pie. Mages (including Sorcerors) of course. One mage with a lotta spells and the spell spell trigger can take down almost anybody well perhaps anybody. Race well thats a tough one since each has it advatages and disadvantages. I am not saying this is the best but the most well rounded one is Human. YEA! Humans rule! Easy as goblin pie! Easy as goblin PIE!

For me it's a Human Cavalier. Nothing beats the rush of charging head on into battle with a red dragon and taking 0 damage from his fire breath attack.

right now im soloing with a human mage and there not that bad...but if ya wanna go with PURE "knowledge is power!" thing then the best for that to me would be a half elf cleric/mage, i think im gonna go solo with one of them some time...

gotta agree, cavalier is my fav. class and since humans are the only race who can be cavaliers they are obviously the best race.

I'm currently soloing and I chose MultiClass Fighter/Mage/Thief. This multiclass is good, although its disadv. is lack of spells. Well, that's what called challenge for me.

Alright, I always stand up for the monk. They are naturally faster than any other character, with a few items they can have a pretty awsome armour class, they do a lot of damage, they have fantastic magic resistance, they look cool, and i wont go on.
But another thing to consider, what is the most fun to play. What I dont like about the monk is that it takes away some of the fun of getting great items, because in most cases you cant use them. I think the best to play as is the Kensai. Does heaps of damage and looks cool.

To me, the best race is the Humans, class is either Paladin or Monk...

A half-orc beserker they rock.

Half-orc swashbucklers are also quite nice.
