I just ran into that annoying "Anomen gains his knighthood" dialogue loop, that can give your party infinite xp.

I tried to kick out anomen for a small time, but the dialogue still continued in the same manner (this time without the unwarranted xp).

The problem is: I need to talk with that guy about the assistance of the knights in conquering Bodhi and her minions. What am I to do?

I didnt exerience any trouble with that. No infinite dialog loop either. Maybe this happened because Anomen was not with my party then?
Also i went to talk about Bodhi first with the helper of the high knight (forgot the name and position, let him be the high knight ;) )not the h.knight himself. So the assistant showed me the way (I couldnt find it myself) and everything went on pretty good.

Infinite XP is a good thing! What a pity i didnt have the bug myself...

By the way, in Bodhi's dungeon i didnt need any help. Drizzt was a great helper, but he steal a lot of XP so I reloaded and didnt ally with anybody ;)

It is not. Tyr curses cheaters with bugs! Infinite exp. points mar the game experience.
I cannot recall the last time when I mourned over absence of bug. Exploatation of bugs (multiple talk to head in asylum, double exp. killing trolls, etc.) is no better than cheating.

Bugs may be different. Once in PS:T I had a bug of a Black Abishai disappearing so that the beast didnt slay my mage (played solo) having 5-7 hp left so that I cpuld escape the #$%@ plane and rest in peace ;)

Well, I talked to the squire about the vampires. He went to discuss it with the prelate. I talked to him again. He said that the prelade was ready to speak to us. I spoke to the prelate, he entered the stupid Anomen's knighthood loop.
