If you have both pieces of the rod and you go to the surface what would happen would you turn to dust or something.

Woops and I forgot can you use the book of kaza for spells and stuff.

You die. Quickly and with no save. IIRC you cant even get out of the sewers.

If you CLUA out you dont die as you bypass the script that kills you, but even then the rod has only one charge so its not that useful.

If your PC can cast Wizard spells (even from scrolls) there is a non-cheating way to keep the Rift Device, although it's very cheesy--you have to exploit a bug.

And there's also a way to use the Device lots and lots of times, too--not that you'll need it.

No, the book of kaza can only be sold-for under 2,000 gp if I remember correctly :(

I remember it's 3000</font>[/QUOTE]It depends on who you sell it to. Ribald is the most profitable if I recall correctly.

If you play as a necromancer do you think you can use the book or something?. It is a necromancer book.

Six, do you mean the exploit your familiar way?

SixOfSpades 08-31-2002 08:43 PM

Yep. There are lots of little loopholes around things that the designers thought were solid--like the fact that you can get around the Demon in Spellhold without sacrificing 1 or your stat points.
