read the note that you found on what-his-name at the end of the mines quest - that will tell you to find someone at an inn, go do that and you'll find the bandit camp. Sorry I'm not more specific - been a couple months since I played and my memory can be lousy about specifics.

If that doesn't work then go to Larswood and find the bandits there.
