can i upgrage the mace to 5+ ?

Are you referring to the Mace of Disruption? If so, it can only be upgraded to a +2 weapon, and there is a quest or two associated with getting the necessary ingredient to do the upgrade.

The Mace of Disruption +2 is listed as +2 enchanted, and that is true as far as THACO and damage bonuses are concerned, but its' actual hidden enchantment level is +5.

Therefore, it always strikes as a +5 enchanted weapon, but it only has a +2 THACO and damage bonus.

Hi - I downloaded Wes Weimer's 'Upgrade' mode and wanted to upgrade 'Azuredge'. I have the axe and I've got the money. Do I have to provide the missing ingredient which is used in another quest too?

You got to choose between upgrading the Mace of Disruption, or Azuredge.

how can i upgrade the mace? I did the quest for the statue but the alloy left to me was the fake one and that nast dwarf doesnt want to upgrade it for me!

Give the fake alloy to Sarles and make him angry enough to leave. Tell the Temple what happened and a chain of events will happen whereby the Temple accepts the fake alloy instead and thus still give you the full rewards and Exp. Hey, hey, hey, guess what? You still got the real ore.
