1) Return to Castle Wolvenstein
2) Planescape (great atmosphere!)
3) Wing Commander IV
4) Conflict: Freespace ("They're here! Oh god!") - cliché but fun.
5) Warcraft II (I used to have friends coming over just to watch that intro)

Honorable mention: Age of Wonders. The 'dark side' intro. "Of all the others, only Í AM WORTHY" - awesome stuff.

Prince of Persia: The Warrior Within has the coolest intro ever ;) .

Fallout 1/2 Dude, those intros with the forboding voice saying "War... war never changes." That was so cool. I just wish I could remember which one it was that had the song by Louis Armstrong at the beginning? The "Kiss To Build a Dream On" song? It fit the mood so well.

Call of Duty Finest Hour: I'm not necessarily talking about the intro itself, which was cool, but I REALLY liked the beginning of the first mission when you and several other Russian soldiers are on the boat and your commanding officer is screaming at you, trying to get you ready for the upcoming battle ahead. Really added to the mood.

Okay, so those were the only two I could think of. I always thought Resident Evil 0 had a nifty little intro I guess. I can't think of a lot of memorable game intros.

Special mention for Temple of Elemental evil, while not a bad intro, the individual starting premise for each alignment was cool.
