Have you noticed how much life has fastened over the years? If you could remember to when you were 10 - 12 years old that a whole year seemed like decades, and now it seems that one year is like 1 month? Or maybe im going crazy.. i mean, it's already October for crying out loud lol.

I think you're right. The last week has just flown by.

It gets even worse when you're over 30. It's almost like the last decade went by in the blink of an eye. Life is way too short.

I still remember way back when I was 19.

Still....waiting.....for....Oblivion....

Goes far to quickly when Alex is around, and far too slowly when he's not.

As long as there's something juicy to anticipate, life goes nice and steady for me. For example, right now, I'm counting down the hours until I meet the girl I've known for 2 years for the first time. Less than four weeks to go, but it feels like decades.

It's rumored that to explain the theory of relativity, Einstein once said that it's similar to how when you're talking with a pretty girl, an hour seems to go by in a minute. When you burn your hand on a hot stove, a minute seems like an hour.

I've also heard that the length of a minute is directly tied to which side of the bathroom door you're on...

OK. This might be just me missing something in your post, but how can you know someone for two years without ever having met her?

For me, the years are going quicker the older i get. At this rate, i'll be 30 in 2 years and 50 in 5!
