Klitschko resigns as heavyweight champ, and yet another boxing related thread dies in less then 1 day.

The trouble with boxing retirements Sir D is that they have very poor record of staying that way! I never even got to see Vitali Klitschko fight! I wish him well though as this does seem genuine.

Who is out there that has the ability to become undisputed heavyweight champion of the world? Since Lewis retired I have not really being paying the same attention I used too

If you had've asked me a few weeks ago, i'd have said Eric "Butterbean" Esch. But i saw him fight last week and he was lame. And not in an injured way either. He was just lame. :(

Well, Klitscho's smart and has managed his money well (better then most boxers right there), and is injured. I don't think he'll be coming up again, especially since Lennox Lewis has ruled out a rematch.
