I have two parts of the flail......one from the room next to the forge, and the one from the golems...where is the third?

I also heard that you can make a stew to distract the umberhulks in that dungeon, what are the ingredients? I have the dog flesh, but thats it.

The only things you need to make the dog stew is four bits of dog meat take them to the kitchen and click on the stove four times. As for the flail there's a keep guard called Galicus on the same floor as the golems that attacks you who carries the last part of the flail. To reach him there's a secret door in one of the rooms in the keep that takes you to the room he's in.

Make sure to go and invisible one of your guys, then drop the stew where the dog bones are at.
