Since sonic won the Sonic/Mario poll let's see who likes what about sonic

Unfortunately I can't complete this poll. I thought myself a hardcore Sonic fan after completing 1, 2 & 3, but it seems there have been a lot more after that, and in turn a lot more characters!

I only knows Sonic, Tails and Knuckles. But where do the rest comes from?

Well, if you played Sonic heroes it would explain alot, but the characters such as Shadow, Rose, Big, Omega, and so on, have been in some of the cartoons aswell, and some of the games (maybe two??)

Anyways, Shadow rocks, Omega has cool guns, and Knuckles is awesome too ;)

If you don't know who Tails is, that's pretty sad. I didn't even know who knuckles was until sonic unlimited came out(it's one of the cartoons) I'd be playing 3D blast and I'd be like "Who's that red guy... he's pretty cool."

PS: Why couldn't you control tails or knuckles in that? They would fly you to the bonous levels but that was all.

I believe the cartoon is called the adventure of Sonic the hedgehog. Then there's another cartoon where sonic need to kind of a magic ring to make him powerful those sort of things, Tails is here also but he doesn't seem to have a role here. There was another cartoon where sonic got 2 more hedgehog like friends and they are in a band. They use their musical instrument to fight enemies.
