Hmm... first off, the details. One of my elder sisters is going to the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. This is not her first trip to the USA, but it is her first time going to this part of USA.
She will be lodging at the University's hostel, and thus I basically need to find out two things. 1) A nearby local bank that offers a Checking Account and charges no service fee. Location of said bank if possible. 2) Best spots for groceries. Nothing fancy please. We're talking about student budget here. Especially since the currency exchange is not in my sister's favour. Thanks in advance for the help. |
Ook. Nobody from North Carolina, I take it?

Sorry! I only just now saw this! Let me get back with you later. I am off to school right now, and I mean I am almost late!

I'd like to help, but I've never been to Wilmington, so that rules me out. Though, I will say, if there's a Walmart Supercenter anywhere nearby (heck, they have one in Boone of all places), then that may be a safe bet for groceries.
