I know that Nalia, Jaheira and Anomen have their personal quests but who else?

Basically ever NPC has a quest attached to them, some have bigger ones than others but they all have one.

Even Minsc?

A kid approaches Minsc and asks for his help in the umar hills.

I don't see the Umar Hills as Minsc's quest any more than the De'Arnise keep as Nalia's quest... If you can do it without them in your party, it's not their quest. Now, the Isaea Roenall quest, that's Nalia's. The Asylum quest might be considered Imoen's if you're using the same scale as the Minsc-Umar theory, but whatever...
Viconia has no quest whatsoever, unless you count saving her from the fanatics a quest.

If you romance Viconia, she gets kidnapped by Bodhi. Goes for all romances though, so doesn't really count.

So according to u, Illumina then neither Valygar, Aerie or Haer'Dalis really have quests attached to them. That's definitely true in the gaming sense, but each have RPing value. Valygar (PS) learns of his past, Aerie (AP) finally outgrows the shadow of Quayle and Haer'Dalis (AP) grows away from his play.
Of course you need SOME form of Valygar for the PS quest, so it doesn't really count.

Anyway, I never picked up any NPC specifically for their quest. I think its better RPing to get a tight group together, and their quests are just the icing on the cake.

Minsc still has almost no RP'ing value besides his comments.
