Microsoft announces a new OS, Windows Vienna, to be released somewhere in 2009. Now, this took me by surprise, until I found out that Vienna is the long-forgotten Blackcomb, a project that was, in some time, scheduled to replace XP, and come out before Vista. The release is planned to include may technological novelties such as hypervision virtual machine and context sense user interface.
What are your thoughts? Another Windows Me, or something significant and operational?
Me, I'm hoping for a success. Hypervision alone could mean very amiable feelings towards Linux :D
