<font color=8fbc8f>Ok fellow IW's, let's kick this fantasy bug in the grass. Some things we need, and how to do it.

1. A little bit of time up front to build, acquire, and set a team.
2. 10 minutes each week to review and set team for next week.
3. Enough people to make it a strong, fun, and enjoyable league, but not child's play.

First we need a commissioner "commish". Somebody who has done this, or is ready to run a league. I have 7 teams on the platter(room for 2 more). I am also a member of a dynasty league, and the Armed Forces league. I do NASCAR as well. Additionally I am the commish 'for money' league at work for all sporting events. Furthermore, I work full time, and attend college full time, and somewhere in between I have a spousal unit and daughter element that would like more that just the back of my head, or that of my truck as I'm off to somewhere.

However, I can squeeze a bit to run just 'one more' team here at Ironworks.

I'll join up, I'm doin one with my friends, and I've done them before but never been the guy that starts it or runs it.

So we talking real football as in Australian rules football or real real real football as in Rugby league? :ponder1: Or are we talking steriod freaks in padding playing gridiron? :eek:

I'd join a league, although I make a lousy commish. I could co-lead the group, if thats possible.
