I had this quest given by an "imperious Drow Priestess" to go and wipe out a Drow cult, at the area where you did the quest for Phaere to kill the Beholder allegedly smuggling Adamantine.

I had difficulty damaging all the slimes with missile weapons, so Jaheira, using the Cloak of the Sewers, transformed into a troll.

All I can say is - the troll ROCKS when it comes to ripping the slimes apart. One hit and poof! dead slime. She practically cleaned out all the slimes in this way, while the rest of the party concentrated on the non-slime monsters.

yeah trolls are great... but let say try being one when you face firkhaag.

Good point Legolas! I never used troll transformation cause i just never wished to see another trolls ugly face after the fighter stronghold quest!

Heh... I never had any problem with the slimes: Abi Dizzim's Horrid Wilting is all you need. And Mordekainen's Swords will do the rest ;)
