are there some patch or somethig to do the 3 romances in 1 game? i have spanish version

That will allow you to do all three romances simultaneously.

plse help, i dont spek english very well.. i only found a pacht tha suprime the race restriction for romances but no for do the 3 romances in the same game, plz send me the complete direction to download it...thanks

Step 2) Click the little icon next to "Sir Kalthorine Ut Winstan`s Concurrent Romance Scripts" (4 from the bottom).
Step 3) Unzip that file into your BG2\Override directory.
