I basically ran away from him the first time I fought him. The second time I used my mages/clerics to summon as many allies as possible.

Skeleton warriors were pretty effective against him as I recall (you need to be L15). Also, if you have the item upgrade mod as well as tactics, you could try upgrading CF to +5 [img]smile.gif[/img]
