Exactly- it's not illegal to have it or use for legal purposes, but taking things that are not expressly allowed to be 'borrowed' is and discussing that is against the ToS here at IW.

So let's not discuss filesharing if it involves taking something that the owner or creator expect to be paid for. If you are sharing your own voice files and things that are expressly allowed by the owner or creator, no problem.
