I got the same Dialog problem with Jaheira ''I hate wasting time like this, we should hurry up'' it got me so irritated I smacked her out of my party because she was constantly forcing Dialog with me over and over again (about 3 or 4 time's in 2 minutes!).

The next game (This game I installed all the Patches) she only initiatet Dialog with me once regarding to not waste time like this, I pressume you have all the Patches installed...?

I don't know the exact Global Variable's, so I can't help you with that.
