Midway through Indiana on the way back, we started having *ahem* butt problems. Put the kids pillows under them, and plowed on.

[/QUOTE]The pillows! Of course! Brilliant maneuver, Bungleau! That's a really good tip for parents on long car rides, along with bringing tons of things for them to do to keep from being bored.

I hear you on the not sitting still thing, my husband can't do that...he's got to have a book or something to occupy him if he's waiting even ten minutes. If he doesn't, he rapidly becomes the world's best drummer of whatever is nearby.
