The title mentions nothing about Irenicus, so slapping a spoiler on the end of the subject heading is useless. Maybe changing the title to "problem with Irenicus - SPOILERS" or "problems in Hell - SPOILERS" would be a heckuva lot more descriptive.

My suggestion is to go to your last save, and make a core save (one that you DON'T overwrite) right before facing Irenicus for the first time. That way you can restart from there if you have any problems with the first fight. Then when you get to Hell, click on the door BEFORE getting the tears to get your Final-Save, or save your game before putting the tears in.[/QUOTE]It spoiles what happens in hell, that you go to hell, and that irenicus becomes the slayer.
