So if anyone does find a solution to wiping those things out, let me know, my friend will be grateful!

I have been able to clean out Coolsearch every time that I have had it, and that has been on three different occasions. I googled the name and read what others have said about it on other forums and then I proceeded to clean it out manually...which does not take but a few moments. I have even posted onto this forum on how to do it, with links to my resources. If you want...I can try walking you through things that I do, if you want to pass me your phone number. I don't pay for long distance, so there is no trouble with me talking as long as you need.
