PCI-E is taking over AGP, but there are still plenty of good AGP boards around.
They will suck up a fair bit, but nothing a decent PSU can't handle.
You won't need any more fans.
Well, you'l need a decent processor to take full advantage, but other than that you should be about sorted.
Mobos will easy handle the card.
Best to wait a while though, until the prices drop.
