Good web comics?
Maybe not good, but I get a few chuckles out of the following.
http://venusenvy.keenspace.com/ Venus Envy, someone pointed this out to me a couple days ago, drama and comedy, rather good.
http://thewotch.com/ The Wotch, very funny at times and always silly.
A bunch of the ones already mentioned are pretty good IMHO.
