This is nice. More parents need to learn to punish their little terrors. If you're not good, santa doesn't bring presents.
Personally, I'd take the Xbox for myself and make the little bugger suffer and watch me play it until March. If he's good, he can have it then. If he continues to be bad, he can spend a weekend or 2 locked in his room. These tactics worked for my parents.
