Internet cafe's have a big market in the U.S.
MPlayer has just recently merged with GameSpy Arcade and a large number of games are available now, from simple card and board games to Counterstrike, QuakeII, Unreal Tournament, Baldar's Gate 2, and others.
They have voice capabilities and chats as well.
MPlayer used to be free when I used to play backgammon tournaments there but I haven't been there since before the merger so check out their site at:
MPlayer and see if it would be possible to hook yourself up.
You have a great idea there...one that is gaining popularity everyday, especially in college and business districts.
Good Luck!
