Aelia, you do know that it's not smart to brush your teeth right after you've eaten something, especially something sweet or a fruit, do you? The acids that are created when you're chewing on something (the ones that cause caries) are at their worst then and you can damage your teeth if you brush them immediately after eating. It's better to wait a little while. It's also better to eat a lot of sweets infrequently than to eat small amounts frequently, BTW. [img]smile.gif[/img]

Anyway, I brush twice a day, usually floss and use toothpicks daily but sometimes I'm too tired or lazy. I normally visit the dentist twice a year. For the rest of the day I use sugar-free chewing gum.
