I think another big factor of charisma is your voice and smooth talking people into doing things for you. I know one guy who is not the brightest, or best looking but he can talk his way into almost any job he wants in the interview. People just like what they hear, personally I think he exaggerates his ability but it is definitely a boost to his charisma of why people are drawn to him. He could probably sell you an empty bag.
