Chances are you're going to want to pick up Minsc. He is an extraordinary fighter, and his dialogue will have you in stitches.
Dynaheir will leave if you never get him, however if you really don't want to be bothered with him, then go pick him up, leave a party member somewhere where you can find them, then send Minsc off, without armor or weapons, to go fight a bunch of Gnolls all at once. Then drop his dead carcass from your body.
