Yes, she will romance HE's. Depending on how you treat her she will probably *try* to leave. To make the romance work you have to slap her around a little bit so she won't think you are weak. If the romance fails then she will try to leave the party, But you *should* get a dialog option to beg her to stay. If you beg her to stay, she will, but the romance will go dormant, but it can be restarted in ToB.
