Basic general strategy (works on pretty much anything):
Cast Improved Haste on your Warriors (Archer, Minsc, & Jaheira).
Hit everything who isn't Protected from Magical Weapons until they fall down dead.
Cast Breach on the people who are Protected from Magical Weapons, and then hit them too.
