Well I recently finished that dam part.
The air staff is dropped by an air elemental in the air chamber. Use this staff to open the north slime door and the south air door. The slime staff is dropped by a "Giant Snake". Use Tab key to look for it and then use it to open the west door of the ice chamber then set the fna in the air chamber on high. You cna figure out the rest from there or post again.
Slimes keep respawning.
