Wilbur's right, of course--it would be a major pain. But one of Imoen's "abilities" as a Bhaalspawn is that she doesn't crumble into energy upon death, like you and Sarevok do. I would assume that her essence DOES flow down to join the rest, but hers can be retrieved upon Resurrection. Or something like that.
