I don't expect it would mess up your game. You could use ShadowKeeper to do that. For a more permanent fix, the Gibberlings Three site has a tweak pack, part of which changes Jaheira's alignment to neutral good. You would probably have to start a new game to notice, though, so you should probably use ShadowKeeper.
