Likely it is the CD...
Try to copy it. I've read the liscense (Spelling!) and you can make a single copy for backup purposes.
Try to copy it, can theoretically it should not copy the error!
Or get some of that CD Scratch Remover stuff. You can actually
clean off scratches!
