I'd suggest you try gimping yourself next time you play, start BG1 with all your stats at 10 or there abouts, or how about limit your stat point's to a max of 10 per stat, so for a druid who has to have a wisdom of 14 or so you'd have to take 4 off the other stat lines..
just an idea, can be quite fun.
