You can't download it, you'll have to buy it. But be quick with it, cause there's all sorts of rumours running around that it's going out of print.

If you have HoW, you CAN download TotLM, or Trials of the Luremaster, which is an 'expansion for the expansion'. A free download, but it requires you to have HoW.
