This is frankly outrageous. Some people in the States have it, some don't. Some have the 'Collector's' out, and some don't have a clue what you're talking about. So much for world-wide release!
I don't think any of us can pretend this is good enough. Even the guys and girls that have been lucky have had to wait. I want my copy!
