When I play a Paladin, nobody pickpockets, lockpicking is out of the question unless it means saving lives, stealing is a definite no-no.
However, to donate to every temple? Depends on which temple it is. Umberlee? Yeah right. Helm? Definitely. Lathander? Sure. Oghma? No problem. Etc... ...
Note that I follow my own set of guidelines on how a Paladin should behave, as I am not familiar with PnP rules.
