I'm trying stuff on gamefaqs.com, but the item list seems to be down.

I also dug up my old "Pally Party!" thread to see where I got it, and apparently I never found it myself. I wound up cheating it in, "paying" a million gold for it, after beating the game on normal mode.

Good luck finding it.
