a) You must talk with Medakwa first and listen to his explanations about Ukabu.
b) You must tell Ekbu "Ukabu".
c) Tell Shinwiki "Ukabu" if you want his quest.
d) The Armory Quest: complete a) and b), jump down and you can return to Valeia. You do not need to go to Shinwiki.
If you haven't spoken with Medakwa, Ekbu will not trust your "Ukabu" - wrong.
If you haven't told Ekbu "Ukabu", you are enemy - wrong.
