I think this is the procedure that worked for me the last time I went through the Boogre Prison (using 3 sticks).
Placed a stick in the low hole on the west side which then projected the slab on the east side.
Climbed the east slab and inserted a stick to make the slab on the south side protrude.
Climbed the south slab and jumped to insert a stick in the southwest hole (tricky to do - had to ready and jump at the same time) to protrude a slab on the north side.
Climbed the east slab and run-jumped over to the north slab then jumped to the exit.
