Valkyrie - a female character must put the Lich's heart into the Black Fire in Cet's Tomb.
Zen Master - collect all four tomes (Serpent Temple, Boogre Caves, Collasium and Cet's Tomb) and return to the Dojo in Brimloch Roon.
You can only achieve these elite roles near the very end of the game.
