Yes it is... I tried it to get the game running more smooth and saw (heard?) that the NPCs weren´t talking any more. Theie lines just flew by in the textbox! To do that run:
"regsvr32 c:\windows\appatch\slayerui.dll"

ps. The regsvr32.exe file is found in c:\windows\system32 so the complete command would be:
"c:\windows\system32\regsvr32 ....."
