and here's a little wrinkle that macoati came up with:

Instead of renaming the files simply save the new "old" format files to your desktop. The names remain the same and make it much easier to replace the broken ones. After saving the old format files to the desktop, select all three of them, copy them, then open the explorer (or my computer, same dif), surf to WW directory and then to the townavi folder and paste the files into it. Click on yes to overwrite the files and you are done...no need to rename them.
