This game will be awesome no matter which mode you play it on! I don't remember exactly how long, but the single player mode has a long quest. Even if you don't play it online you can just download mods and new quests for the game. You know others are going to make them, even if you decide not to. Oh and online is free in this game, so why not play it online? At least give it a try...
